General

❤I allow edits on the sketch phase for free as long as it is reasonable
❤After the customer confirms the sketch, I only allow minor changes for free (color adjustment, small edits,etc).
Major changes (such as anatomy,clothes,etc ) may incur an additional charge.
❤I will provide you with a wip (work in progress) whenever I have an update.
❤I reserve the right to decline a commission for any reason.
❤All my commissions are made for personal use only. If the client wants to use the art for commercial purposes, they must pay an additional fee.
❤I will send you the final artwork (.png/.psd ,etc) via mail/drive/mega ,the client must download it as soon as possible.
❤I may or may not keep back up copies of the work,i will not be responsible for the loss of any product once delivery has been confirmed.❤Digital art does not require shipping❤

Customer

The Commissioner:
❤Must provide a clear visual reference ,I will not accept a request without a visual reference of the characters/clothes/pose.
❤Is allowed to use,repost the artwork with credits.
❤Is allowed to resell the artwork after paying the fee for commercial purposes.
❤Is not allowed for edit/trace the artwork under any circumstance.

Payment

❤The commission must be paid upfront after the sketch is approved , payment plan might be consider in some cases.
❤Payment is made only through a paypal invoice (USD).

Refund

❤If a commission is cancelled by me due to external reasons beyond my control, I will fully refund the commissioner. If the commissioner wishes to resume the commission in the future, they will need to pay the agreed amount again. It's important to me to ensure my clients are satisfied with my work and understand that I recognize that sometimes things are out of our control.
❤If a commission is cancelled by the commissioner,the amount of the refund will depend on the time and resources invested in the project up to the date of cancellation. If less than 50% of the work has been completed, 50% of the total amount paid will be refunded. If more than 50% of the work has been completed, no refund will be made.
❤I will not provide a refund in case the commissioner is not satisfied with the final result, since the sketch step was approved by the client.
